One more thing

I realized just now is that if this motherhood thing doesn't work out, I can always move to Switzerland and set clocks by my menstrual cycle. Though I usually applaud promptness, why does my body not understand that this is not what I need for it to be doing right now?!

I woke up to this and several inches of water in our basement and climbing. The pumps are broken, S's is at Home Depot and it's not anywhere near done raining yet. It's going to be an interesting day.
