I'm kind of a traditional kind of gal, so no matter how many laptops, tablets and phones we have, I love me some paper. Now that I'm a mom (it still seems so wild to write this), I've thought about how my identity and life now revolves around being a "mom of...", which leads to the paper needs of such a new life.
I just ordered my first set of "mom cards" which identify me as being "Alistair and Marielle's mom", for the purposes of networking with other moms, setting up play dates, etc.
What do you think of mom cards? Cheesy? Helpful? Necessary? If you are a mom, do you have mom cards? If you do, what did you include? Just contact info? Or a picture of your kids, allergies (which thankfully the twins' don't have), etc.?

Some of my other simple favorites from SF (same link as above):
Preppy Green
Sausalito Red
Navy Weave
Pink Peppermint
Nantucket Blue
(which I have for my own cards)

I think a picture is nice. If you just met someone it helps them to remember who you are.
