As someone who had lots of issues getting and staying (and then getting un-) pregnant, I obviously give thanks regularly that I am lucky enough to live in the 21st century (and have access to high quality medical care). A friend of mine from college, Veronica, who is a Harvard trained OB/GYN/MPH and often Africa bound-Doctor without Borders, wrote about last night's episode of Downton Abbey on her blog.
